How to translate the output of the variable state of a ticket

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: V3.6
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) : package
  • Operating system: centos7
  • Browser + version: chrome/firefox

Expected behavior:

** I am setting a trigger to send an email to a customer if the state of ticket is changed

  • My email is written in frensh so the state of the ticket shoud be printed in frensh

Actual behavior:

  • I am setting a trigger to send an email to a customer if the state of ticket is changed
  • My email is written in frensh but the state of the ticket is printed in english

#{ticket.state.name}) : should be translated to frensh

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Add a trigger and print the variable state of the ticket:

I’m sorry but that’s not possible.
Zammad references the database values (which by default is english).

It can’t know the language context on most of these reference situatiosn which is the reason why they’re not translated.
