We use groups to distinguish between different customer systems that we support.
Each group has a different email address that the customer will use to create a ticket.
In the reply email we use a footer, that contains the contact informations.
Is there a system variable like #{ticket.group.email}?
As far as I’m aware there isn’t, but I could be wrong.
However, this variable would technically contain a ID which is not what you want.
Beside of that, I’ve just tested it - no there is not.
Easier approach would be to write it into the note field of the group or add a new field that contains this information.
