How to setup a shared inbox with M365?

Hi there,

I’m trying to setup my M365 shared inbox with Zammad (hosted). Most of the threads are a few years old on this topic here. The premise is:

Main email = support@company.com
Managed by two users who have their own email signatures within this email

I’ve connected the account successfully to Zammad. What are my next steps, how do I let me two support team members login and manage tickets - do they use separate accounts, or just login to the main shared inbox account?

From Zammad side you need only one channel with this mailbox.

Then this users have own accounts inside Zammad and can work on the incoming stuff.
