How to migrate only some tickets

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.2.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: packages
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04.5
  • Browser + version: Chrome 106.0.5249.119

I installed a Zammad test system for testing and training users to use it.

Now I installed a new Zammad server in production and configured it with a new groups name, and new roles name, and imported all users.

I have some tickets in the test environment that I want to import into the production environment (I don’t want to export/import all tickets from the test environment).

How I can perform this activity?

You can delete users with their customer tickets ( Data Privacy — Zammad documentation ) or tickets of a specific kind (Scheduler — Zammad documentation).

Anything apart of that is not possible.
