How to edit message in ticket?

Hello! Can you please tell me is there the way to edit a message I send inside the ticket?

There is not. This is by design. There is a window of time that a note can be deleted, but once that window passes the note cannot be removed.

I can’t seem to find the documentation for that window of time nor how to delete it. Could you point me to it?

It only works with notes, not email replies the delete button will appear where the split button typically is.
