# How make a vision in customer portal?

### Infos:

- Used Zammad version: latest
- Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
- Operating system: ubuntu 20.04
- Browser + version: chrome

Hello  
i have a question  
how make a “vision” in customer portal, when agent took the ticket to work ?  
now i see only status and date  
i need - when agent take ticket to work, in portal must be string “agent @name@ take ticket in work”

Zammads core does not allow to provide the owner selection to the customer.  
Thus the UI can’t display the customer who the agent working on the topic is.
