I couldn’t find any information online, maybe you can help me.
I just found the absence assistant, which seems like a cool feature for me. I will be absent for a few days and have set an replacement in the options.
However I am currently active in 3 different support groups in Zammad and there is no replacement, who is also active in all 3 groups. I have set someone who is active in the most active of these groups, but this person will not/cannot receive information about my tickets in the other two groups. Correct?
So no one is managing my tickets in my absence in these groups? Is there a way to set different replacements in different groups? Or is there another way to manage this problem?

And the replacement does not receive ALL tickets, because he/she can’t, according to this notice: Security Release | Zammad 5.0.3 (in case someone else is wondering about this).
