How do I set the 'display from' for Reply

We use Zammad’s “Reply” feature to respond to tickets from our customers.

However, when we send our emails it appears to send the email from Elliott Mozley via <company>. This is unideal as we already include a signature (showing the agents first name) and in some cases we want to keep our identity hidden for safety reasons; especially when it’s showing the full name.

We communicate with customers via email so we have the Zammad portal turned off for them and all its features.

Is there a way to change it so it just shows the groups name or something like that? This is also more ideal with the ways our emails have been sent historically, with the address books of some of our customers being glitched and confused.
