We do use the Twitter channel for ticket creation.

That’s the Zammad logo, not the Twitter logo. (eg. the logo in the top left corner of your screen on this forum, and likely also in your Zammad instance)

It’s for incoming tickets from built in Zammad sources, like the built in form.

You don’t have zero incoming Twitter tickets, you have zero incoming Zammad tickets.
