Hello everybody!
I need help inserting new states into the zammad app, the version I’m using is 6.2.0.
Before opening the ticket, I searched the database for similar ones, but I confess that I still haven’t managed to reach my goal.
I have already read the documentation, including the one below:

it only demonstrates how to get all states.
In my administrator Panel you see the statuses, but I don’t have the gear to change or create new ones, even though I have administrator permission.
How can I insert new states?
