How customer can choise a priority?

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: latest
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
  • Operating system: ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: chrome

How customer, in yours customer portal, can choise a priority ?

or this impossible ?

Zammads core does not allow customers to choose the ticket priority.
We believe that not the customer should decide how important a topic is, because the customer usually priotizses their issues higher than they really are.

If you must, you can workaround this with a combination of a custom select object and a series of triggers. We had this topic on this community board several times already. A search should help in case you’re not sure.
