How can I set the notification that I will not receive mail when I update a ticket and receive an email when the customer makes an update

Now I am having the following problem. I want when a customer updates the ticket I get a message on mail. But not when I myself update a ticket in zammad.

Zammad will not notify the agent if the agent updates the ticket.
Zammad will Update the Agent, if the Agent also acts as customer.

Thsi is currently not supported.
