How can i change the Notification Master name?

  • Used Zammad version: 2.4.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) ubuntu
  • Operating system: ubuntu 16.04 LTS
  • Browser + version: Chrome latest version

I need the path to the file that describes the notification mailer, i want to change the name of the notification master since its is not an option in the ui.

You can change this in the UI; it’s under Settings > Channels > Email > Email Notifcation.

thx for answering me, it did actually work, thx mate.
i just had to edit the name of my email address of the smtp server lol. i went through all files today, thinking that i have to change it directly in the file system.
