  • Used Zammad installation type: SaaS
  • Operating system: Cloud based
  • Browser + version: Firefox 88.0.1 (64-Bit)

Hi,

I wanted to add a new ticket state as described in Working with ticket information — Zammad documentation.

I’am using the Zammad hosted version and have no direct access to the underlying operating system.

So my main question is: How can I start the rails console on a Zammad hosted environment?
If it is not possible the next question is: How can I add a new pending state to Zammad in a Zammad hosted environment?
