History who viewed the ticket

Is there a way to see a history, who viewed the ticket?
At the moment i am able to see current day viewers. As i understand disabled users those who viewed, but not viewing now. Enabled users - who is viewing current.

But we need a log, to see who was viewing it yesterday, a week before and etc.

DO a zammad has such option? Save that data somewhere?

Example where i see current day viewers. BUt i need older viewers

Currently, the viewers are related to the open “taskbar” entries.

Nothing else is tracked and I’m also not sure about the data privacy perspective here.

So you could add a feature idea (Feature requests - Zammad - Community) when this is something you need and there a real use cases.
