Hi, is there the way to make some text hints to the customers when they creat the ticket? Some hints like this: when customer will choose “resource access” in the field the hint will appear with text like this “choose this if you need access to some resource” or if custumer will choose ‘equipment’ there will be the hint "If you need to set the printer or to change your PC, choose ‘equipment’ "… I mean something to help user understand what exactly information in the ticket fields means
