Hide specific menu entries

Hello community,

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.6.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: .deb package
  • Operating system: Debian 10 (Buster)
  • Browser + version: Firefox 86.0 (64-Bit)

Expected behavior:

  • I want to hide some entries in the settings menu for all users (including Admin). I found some threads that were pointing to custom.css, but I don’t know how to target for example the menu Telegram in Channels like shown in the following screenshot:

Sorry but what’s your use case here?
Removing the permission within the affected roles is no option…?
