Hide agent e-mails from customer in the ticket view

  • Used Zammad version: 3.2
  • Used Zammad installation source: Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18 LTS
  • Browser + version:

Expected behavior:

  • Hide actions taken in the background.

Actual behavior:

    • All information created by Zammad internally are visible to customer in the ticket view. Including the agent’s e-mails

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Create ticket by customer
    Set up the trigger for sending new ticket to agents for example
    Open the ticket as customer via web and you will see that mail is sent to agents
