Is there any way to make the emails NOT belonging to the users of my domain imported by ldap not receive the notifications of the triggers that I have configured in Zammad?

Please specify a bit better:
Right now we don’t know what kind of ldap users you imported.
Please also note that Zammad will only send agent mails if you create new tickets in groups they have access to.
You’ll need to disable that per agent manually.
I mean notifications to users from triggers for new tickets, which is only sent if users are imported by ldpa
Zammad can’t trigger upon user creation.
Thus you can’t notify users being imported via ldap.
I have solved it like this, company initialized to Null and import of LDAP that change, so I avoid automatic responses for new tickets to people outside the company.
