Help to configure permissions


I would like to know if it’s possible to block the access of an agent to auto assign a ticket. In my entreprise we got some apprentice and we only want them to access the tickets that we assign to them. I almost managed to do that with the preview tab but if the apprentice go to the search bar (on top left of the page) He can see and access to every ticket.

Can we find a solution for that ?
