HELP! Business Hours Trigger

Is my trigger correct for send notify to customer when they sent a request out of business hours?

We receive requests by e-mail (DL with Agents and zammad@mydomain.com). When sent e-mail to zammad@mydomain.com works the notify when i sent to support@mydomain.com (DL to zammad) dosen’t work.

Ensure to send from a customer mail address and not a system or agent address. I guess that’s the issue here. The condition responsible for that behaviour is “Sender”.
