Hey there, is it possible to activate any group notifications in zammad?
Means, that when a reminder has been reached all members of the ticket group get a notification about that?
I know there is a “email” field in the groups settings, but that doesent give me a notification mail on reached tickets (only when i am the ticket owner)

that’s partly possible if the ticket has no assigned owner and your agents did add pending reminders for not assigned tickets to their notifications:
That’s the easiest way to achieve this imho.
You can also do that with a scheduler, but that’s where it gets sketchy, because your agents no longer can opt out from this mails (which might lead in mail rules sorting away those mails which then no longer makes sense)
