Getting CSRF token verification failed! with CAPROVER after Enabling Https

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.1-5
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) - Caprover
  • Operating system: ubuntu 18.04
  • Browser + version: Version 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Expected behavior:

  • I was able to login to the Zammad portal until I unable force https
  • Caprover was showing user default user name and password for zammad login

Actual behavior:

  • I am not able to login to the Zammad portal after I unable force https

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • install Zammad through caprover
  • enable https

Please consult the vendor that provided what ever this is.
Caprover is not something that comes from the official Zammad team.

We do not know what it is or what it does and thus cannot provide any help.
