Generic CTI don't display the customer name when called

Infos:

• Used Zammad version: 3.3
• Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …)
• Operating system: CentOS 7
• Browser + version: Chrome

Expected behavior:

Actual behavior:

I am testing API via CURL.I can see the call logs and all details but to my wonder.
I created the new customer and has phone number 101 after it I simulated the API with CURL to see the customer data popping out but each time it’s creating new customers and don’t search the customer details.

Is there anything I am missing. I already attached the screen for reference.

I don’t recall where exactly I read this but I am pretty sure the user lookup works only with four digits and more (probably for perfomance reasons). So you should signal the full number to your Zammad server and change the user details page accordingly.

Thank you so much I simulated full E.164 number format and it worked like charm.
