Help wanted

can someone give me a hint in the right direction?

*1 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: xxx.xxx.xxx, server: zammad.klagepaten.eu, request: “GET /ws HTTP/1.1”, upstream: “http://127.0.0.1:6042/ws”, host: “zammad.klagepaten.eu”

thanks Nikolai

Looks like you have objects defined in the ticket that Zammad cannot find for whatever reason.
If “subject” is a custom object, go to settings -> objects and ensure that you updated the database.

Restart Zammad after that and check again.

Hi there,
I found our error.
We had some misconfiguration under #manage/tickets and Auto Assignment.
Maybe we could show a message that someone cannot read this mail due to settings or something.

Thanks Nikolai

That sounds rather odd. The by you mentioned areas and settings do not provide possibilities to allow ticket views or not. Well, who knows. Glad it’s fixed.
