Expected behavior:
Forward ticket to external email address
Actual behavior:
No option to forward ticket.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open Zammad
Hi, is it possible to forward tickets/conversations to external email address? I can’t seem to find that.
Only options I have is to split or set internal/public the ticket.
