Forward Attachements Issue

Used Zammad version: 3.6.x
Used Zammad installation source: via DEB
Operating system: Buster
Browser + version: Firefox 86.0

Hello,

I’m facing the issue with the attachments which disapears when forwarding a ticket to a third party.
Is there a workaround ? A way to fix it ?
