I have a 3rd account configured and the emails are making it into Zammad but keep filtering to wrong folder.
I have set up my overview just like I have with the other 2 emails that work correctly. I have also set up my trigger so they will not filter into the other folder but nothing seems to be working.
You added another email account for Zammad to monitor?
Emails are coming into that inbox, and Zammad is creating a ticket?
Not sure what you mean by wrong folder. Unless you mean overview. If you want emails to go to a different overview, you’ll need to configure email filters in Zammad to do that.
If I misunderstand your issue, please clarify what exactly is going wrong (with proper terminology).
As far as I know there are no limits. I currently have it monitoring 4 inboxes. If Zammad is creating a ticket from emails to that inbox, then it’s working. Getting it put it another overview is something else.
I would check the overview and filter settings to make sure they are correct. I suspect your problem lies with one of those if not both.
