Title: Filter users by groups, not just roles
Usecase environment:
- average concurrent agent: about 90
- average tickets a day: 1000
- roles/people are involved - agents
What is the idea or pain point:
- sometimes i’m in need to check who’s the member of a group (with any level of permissions). At the moment i can only open the manage/users panel and open single users profiles.
Expectation (not solution):
Some kind of filters or improved search to have a better handling of large group of users and especially agents.
