Filter tickets using "tag contains part"

We’d like to be able to filter tickets based on part of a tag name. This is because our products have multiple components and we’ve tagged cases as follows:

  • product_1/component_a

  • product_1/component_b

  • product_2/component_c

  • product_2/component_d

  • etc…

We’d like to be able to generate reports automatically for individual components AND whole products without splitting tags up or adding extra tags to cases
