The new design of Zammad 5.3 brought some confusing (and inconsistent) design changes.
Input fields that are active look like they’ve been disabled because they look “grayed out”.
Example 1
“Text” field looks grayed out – compared to the “Template” and “Group” fields.
Example 2
Sidebar fields (“Template”, “Group”, “Agent”, “Status”) look grayed out – compared to the message input on the main pane.
