Is there a chance to fetch mails from more than one folder of a ms365 account, maybe semicolon separated?

Zammad channels allow one folder per channel.
Several folders per email account would require several channels.
This is not guruanteed to work and may bring unexpected issues.
You may want to consider filter rules on the server to move to one folder.
