Failures in the incoming mail server via IMAP

Hello community,

I have not been able to configure the incoming mail through IMAP protocol, it generates “login error” the mail configuration of my organization is correct, but the Zammad application does not allow me to configure the mail through IMAP, I tested the POP protocol.

Any solution ?

It’s a pain to configure correctly an email sometimes,

the 5.3 (last version of zammad) can’t configure Exchange account nor a 365 account.

Only way it will be possible is to configure 365 (integration)
