Failed to fetch attachments after migration from other system

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.4
  • Used Zammad installation type: zammad -helm (13.0.2)
  • Operating system: windows 11
  • Browser + version: chrome + Version 144.0.7559.133

Expected behavior:

  • Attachments of tickets also should be fetched.

Actual behavior:

  • I have migrated tickets and attachments from legacy system, but from api i don’t see attachments.
    .
    probably i am missing some referential integrity
    between public.ticket_articles, public.store_provider_dbs, public.store_files, public.stores.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • NA
    Can anyone help with ER diagram or explain process of tables involved and relation of placing attachments.

Any help is appreciated.

Looking 2 min at the DB, I think the attachments could be stored in stores and store_files. Also guessing the states.o_id might be a soft link to the ticket. Definitely something you want to investigate further. Be careful if you do any changes. Regards.

found the issue, its compound field stores.o_id = ticket_articles.id
and stores.store_object_id = 3(for ticket_article attachments)
I migrated as stores.store_object_id = 1 Hence failed to see on ticket attachments.

Please note that you‘re not running the latest stable helm and Zammad version. We‘re at 6.5.2 right now.
