Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 6.4
- Used Zammad installation type: zammad -helm (13.0.2)
- Operating system: windows 11
- Browser + version: chrome + Version 144.0.7559.133
Expected behavior:
- Attachments of tickets also should be fetched.
Actual behavior:
- I have migrated tickets and attachments from legacy system, but from api i don’t see attachments.

probably i am missing some referential integrity
between public.ticket_articles, public.store_provider_dbs, public.store_files, public.stores.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Can anyone help with ER diagram or explain process of tables involved and relation of placing attachments.
Any help is appreciated.
