sorry, I’m just a project manager and not a developer. Bevor asking for a proposal from a developmer I just wanted to know your opinion on this.
We are thinking about using Zammad as a backend for a mobile app because ticketing is a core functionality. However we need some more features in the backend such as: user management (for the app) or other app specific functionalities.
Is it somehow possible to extend Zammad with a completely new menu item which connects to external services? Are we running into updating issues? Or is there a suggested way how to do this?
