Extending CTI integration to allow deletion of selected entries

A customer would love to see the the possibility to remove entries from the caller log via UI.

Reason for this is that he wants to be able to remove selected entries as he only has one extension where all calls come in from, which makes it impossible to filter it via e.g. placetel API.

We also have only one extension but why would you need to filter?
