Title: Expert mode for email and o365 filters
- What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
- Our ticket system is set up for internal use. We need to set an email filter to ignore email from non-client domain addresses so that tickets aren’t being created outside of our known clients. Currently, we can set “From contains not DOMAIN.COM” for a single client, but there is no ability to enabled Expert mode and change this into and and/or clause like other condition filters consistent throughout the zammad UI.
- Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
- Internal Ticket Systems
- Any other case where you’d want to prevent non-allowed domains from opening tickets.
- Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?

- What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
- Do one of the following (or both):
- Add expert mode option to email/o365 filters.
- Add option for “Do not accept email from non-existent users/Do not create new users when receiving mail from unknown users”

FYI to those who need this and utilize o365:
As a workaround, we have added a mailflow rule to delete messages from non-allowed domains to our ticket system’s dedicated email address.
