Exclude certain contacts from email notifications

Hi folks,

is there a way to exclude certain contacts (who may send emails to Zammad) from beeing responded to?

Example: We do get status emails from an external party which go into Zammad. They send emails with a “noreply”- reply-address. However, our System is configured to respond to all incoming emails. If we respond, this generates another ticket…

Sure there is, you have several options doing so.
You can use the VIP state or even create a new custom object for your users “no-reply” with yes and no option being set to yes by default.

You can then update your trigger to also check if the object requirement has been met.
