Actual behavior:
- multiple fields in body.ticket.customer.* contain wrong values - specifically, the email address e.g. is the RECEIPIENT address of the ticket system, instead of the information of the sender of the email
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- send a mail to Zammad and check the webhook data
Previous version (not exactly sure which one it was, probably at least 1 week old) still delivered the correct customer data
