Title: Encrypted E-mail notifications for agents

1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?

When a Mail encryption such as S/MIME or GPG is set up agent notification will not be encrypted even if the keys are imported.

1. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?

In a high security setup where unencrypted communication violates the policys.

1. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?

Right now there is no option to enable encrypted communication for all E-mail traffic.

1. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?

No unencrypted communication.

Anything else which you think is useful to understand your use case:

Many communication systems today implement a zero trust model where the communication should never be readable for the transport servers.
E-Mail was not intended at creation for these kinds of security models.
Having the ability to encrypt all communication greatly increases the security.
