Encrypt notification emails

Since we accept encrypted emails we don’t want the contents of those emails sent out in the clear. Is it possible to enable encrypting of the notification emails to agents of new ticket and responses? The only thing I can see I can do for now is to just remove the article body from the emails which limits their usefulness.
