Enable CTI/Chat etc in V4.0


  • Used Zammad version: zammad-4.0.0-1620720612.661989cc.centos7.x86_64
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: CentOS Linux release 7.7.1908 (Core)
  • Browser + version: Safari Version 14.1 (16611.

Expected behavior:

  • See the Chat and the phone menu in the left menu like in 3.X.X

Actual behavior:

  • Nothing happens… Furthermore a curl test on CTI reports:
    {“error”:“Feature is disable, please contact your admin to enable it!”}

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • enable Chat
  • enable CTI


When enabling Knowledge Base, both entires are shown, but:
On Chat:

Hmm, seems there was an delay or underlaying issue in zammad or the host system. Today it seems working fine.
