Email Notification "Information:" section missing when moved to different group

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 2.2.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) package
  • Operating system: CentOS 7
  • Browser + version: Outlook/O365

Expected behavior:

  • Once a ticket is moved to another group, email notification should include ticket “Information:” section. The Information section is included on initial creation directly to a group.

Actual behavior:

  • Once a ticket is moved to another group, that groups email notification is lacking Information. The only value shown is “Changes:”

  • Example below:

Ticket (Form submission from: Online Access Issues) has been updated by “Barb Stone”.

Changes:
Group: Systems -> E-Team
Library Location: ->
Preference for Completion: ->
WSU Property ID for Tower (CPU): ->

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Move a ticket from one group to another.
