Infos:
- Used Zammad version: 6.5.2
- Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …)
- Operating system: windows server 2019
- Browser + version: google chrome 144.0.7559.110
Expected behavior:
- The agent leaves a comment on the user’s ticket, the user receives an email with the text of the comment and can reply to it, thereby the agent will see the user’s response in the ticket interface.
Actual behavior:
- When a user submits an application, they receive an email notification that the application has been created. when the agent leaves a comment on the application, the notification with the text of the comment is not sent to the user’s email.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- I have set up the logic for sending comments (screenshot), but it is either not intended for my purposes, or I am doing something wrong.
