Elasticsearch does not search for dynamic fields

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.0.3
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Firefox 96

Actual behavior:

unfortunately the search does not find my DynamicFields.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Is it possible that Elasticsearch searches the content and attributes of DynamicFields that I have created myself. e.g. if I have a DynamicField that is called “Department” and has selection texts like “Plant”. then a search for Plant starts via searchfield. unfortunately the search does not find my DynamicFields.
