As facebook or Twitter, ebay has his own message service.
Since ebay is a famous ecommerce website, I’m surprise that a helpdesk like Zammad doesn’t propose an integration of this service.
Is there a way to get new message from ebay directly on zammad?

eBay sends emails which can be used in Zammad without any issues to reply to your customers.
You jsut won’t get further details on the order if the information is not provided within the email.
The demand for ebay integration and others simply was not high enough yet.
