I have a question about an email notification.
We have created a group with several users. On a PC, one of the users logs in with the group user profile. All users of this group can then open, read and edit all tickets.
Now my question:
- When a ticket comes in, one of the team assigns the ticket to a user. How and where can I turn on email notification so that the specific user gets a notification?
The user do not have login-data, but are listed in the system with their name and email.
