I changed my mail server. This requires the cpl. Mail address (user@xxx.xx). When I enter this as a user I get the following error message:

unexpected token LPAR (expected QUOTED or LITERAL)

Without the @ sign, only the error message appears:

login auth fail, user “user” does not exist;

Does somebody has any idea ?

Thanks very much …

If said error message appears within the red bar just like the “auth failed” message then you may want to check your mail servers logs. The message is a 1to1 copy of what your mail server complains about.

This is as far as we can help with the provided information.
