Dynamic filtering of select in a form

We are using the self-hosted version of Zammad (6.4.1).
We have customers with multiples instances of our SAAS solution.
We would like to present them in the form a select “Instance” with only their instances, and not a full list of all instances of all our customers.

Is there a way to do that technically?
We could have the list in Zammad or in an external tool, both are possible.

We can always change Zammad javascript and do some API call but it is not a clean option.
