Title: Drag and Drop Ticket merging

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
    Slow process of merging tickets
  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    When we get a lot of ticktes we need to merge into different tickets
  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    there is no feature alike
  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    an option where u can enable Drag and Drop Ticket merging
